Nutritional benefits

Eggs contain 13 essential nutrients and 6 grams of high quality protein. The yolks contain choline and lutein, two nutrients crucial for a baby's brain development

Oats are a wonderful source of nutrition for babies. They are easy for babies to digest, and prevent gas whilst providing plenty of fibre. Oats fortify the immune system, as well as providing a source of zinc, calcium magnesium and iron, which promote bone, dental and blood health.

A great source of energy, bananas also provide fibre, potassium, manganese and vitamin B6, excellent for developing nervous systems.
